This is my story.

What's yours?

A reflection of the way we treat our world today!!

Why did it happen?

It happened, because at that very exact moment and place; it was supposed to happen.

What are you waiting for?

LIVE RIGHT NOW.

Never stop living but stop waiting and living like life is forever!!

Go outside, make things happen, LET things happen & accept things happen.

Here’s a situation..Some people truly don’t deserve the time of day because they don’t appreciate the amount and effort they do get in the first place. They are just destined for what they deserve.. which is nothing but failure of high expectations of others because nothing is ever good enough for them. They just expect, but give absolutely nothing in return. Those are the people who will always just complain about the same thing consistently and never be happy nor thankful with what they do receive.. or even notice it there to begin with. This is reflected in everyday life, not just in people situations. The way you generally look at your life, being unthankful for what is there already.. what has been coming in and not giving any thanks in return.

Notice the signs life gives you.

Notice the signs life gives you.

Don’t give any impressions if you got no intentions.

Depression

It takes over you, it leaves you crying inside with no way of release or escaping. There is a way of release, if you let yourself. You can escape it, if you push hard enough and try, try after every fail and try again after that.

I went through it too. I saw no point of getting out of bed, no point of anything around me. No point of myself really, I was tired but I couldn’t sleep to get any rest. There was no point of life and anything in it, it was dead because from within I was dead. I fell sick of life literally, couldn’t eat and was insomniac. Everything seemed gloomy, even the most rosiest days, I saw no sunshine just an awaiting doom for myself. Every hour felt daunting, and every minute, even more dauntingly never ending. The days felt very long and completely unreal, numb to reality, and much much much more.. I know.

An absolute living nightmare. A dream that is so hard to wake up from.. but must fight to wake up from.

You can get through it too. I started by focusing on positive energy. Focus on the past- where you were once truly happy. If you could be happy once, you could be happy again and again, and all over again thereafter. Happiness is a continuing cycle, just like depression. Focus on the negative thoughts, and thats how you will feel which in return, is what you will receive.

When you fall in a deep depression, you must try make yourself fall into a deep positive thinking cycle. This consists of continuous positive thinking, every second of the day, every minute of the day. Read quotes, inspire yourself, release your feelings with making up your own thoughts.

Control all your thoughts. I love me, I love my family and friends.
Appreciate what you do have. A home to live in, a bed to sleep in, people who love you. The list will go on, you will have so many simple things around you and you must write it down and study it.

Appreciate every moment that you do actually get through, getting out of bed is a step of celebration. Getting yourself out of the house to do something for yourself- an even bigger one. Give yourself the moments of pride that you truly deserve because each bit of courage and strength is a whole battle won.

Look at yourself as you look at someone that means the most to you. Learn to love yourself the way you love them. Care for yourself as much as you care for them. You are your own best friend.

Surround yourself with people who love you. People who make you happy, support you, and are positive. Be inspired by their simple smile.

Eat healthy. You will begin to feel healthy physically and soon enough emotionally.

Acceptance. Accept whatever it is going on in your life that is making you depressed. Acknowledge it, accept it, and face it. Let it be, it will pass and eventually, block it out, ignore it and forget about it.. just think about the positives of it.

Breathe.  Deep breaths.

Hug someone. Hug them for a while.

Imagine it. Imagine you will get better, feel it and you will live it.

Go outside and remember there is a whole world out there. Walk, explore, enjoy nature and the peace and quiet parts of the world. DO what you can with yourself and most importantly DO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY. Begin to enjoy being you.. and be with people who enjoy you being you. If you feel like nothing does, remember what did make you happy and try relive that feeling again. Create new ones.

Listen to music that relaxes you, keeps you happy and lifts your spirits. Remember your spirit, get in touch with your spirit. Love yourself, learn to love yourself.

Talk to someone about it, write it all down.. release it all from within if you can’t from the exterior. Know that you are completely normal and this is a challenging moment in life where you are really alive and feeling a very deep emotion. You are on a journey where you get to use the beauty of your courage and strength.

Quiet your mind and meditate. Think about absolutely nothing.

Dream, make up your own paradise in your mind. I have mine and I go there often.

At the end of the day, remember that you are your own saviour. You must have faith in yourself and your life. Remember where you stand, remember your worth, remember all you have done for others and yourself once before and know you can do it all over again. Know your purpose, if you don’t, this is a chance to discover it, and put all the puzzles together from the past to figure out the mystery of your purpose.

Find the beauty in everything around you that you see, and hold that beauty in your mind and heart to maintain the thought and feeling. Even if it’s as simple as watching a bird or the feeling of the breeze around you. Know that life will go on and you will be fine. After every hurricane comes a rainbow. You must help yourself, pray, and remember that this time can and will pass.

It did for me.
